The Zero-Som sustainability event launched Shaping South Somerset - the Strategy for Sustainable Communities (2008 - 2026). There were over 40 exhibitors covering a wide range of things to help us live more sustainable lives.

A member of the Board of the South Somerset Together (SST) has urged other SST member organisations to "stop pussyfooting around" when it comes to thinking about what local organisations can do to tackle climate change. Joe Burlington, Chairman of South Somerset Climate Action and a member of the Somerset Strategic Partnership Environmental Leaders Group, delivered this challenge to a recent meeting of the Board.
